Active Wizard Version 3.6 features many new and exciting features.

• AJAX Support for Queries

  • Ajax is now integrated into the Active Form module of the wizard to execute option queries.  This provides for better usability for users.  Users are now able to work on other questions on the page while a query is running and the page will not need a refresh when loading the query results.

• Ability to cascade queries on the same page
  • Dovetailing with Ajax queries, adds the ability to "cascade" queries on the same page. This allows a query to pull data from previously answered questions on the current page. In previous versions of the wizard, form data could only be pulled from pages that were already finished.
• Auto activity support in the dynamic workflow
  • Administrators have the ability to run an automatic activity in the middle of a workflow. This update adds great flexibility to the Active Workflow module of the wizard.
• Configurable calendar with admin defined blackout dates
  • Administrators have the ability to "blackout" certain days of the week or date ranges, disallowing users from selecting them.
• Proximity Date Workflow Rule
  • This new workflow rule allows the administrator to trip a rule based on a chosen date's proximity to either a configured date or the date the rules are evaluated. Valid operators will be x days before, after, or before and after.
• Configurable help text for questions
  • Administrator can set help text for a question. When viewing a question in the Active Form module, a "display help" link dynamically displays the help text for the user.
• Snowbound FlexSnap SI viewer integration
  • Forms and Documents can now be be viewed in the FlexSnap applet in the review and document tabs provided. Please contact Snowbound to learn more about their FlexSnap SI viewer.
