Accessibility – ActiveApprove is available within the Documentum Webtop connector (supporting multiple versions of Webtop) as well as a native web interface. Clients are also accessing ActiveApprovia via Plumtree and other portal products.

Electronic Signature – ActiveApprove supports compliance related electronic signature requirements including 21 CFR part 11 requirements.

Related Documents – ActiveApprove provides a simple and easy way to view supporting/related documents while easily returning to view and approving the form itself.

Multiple Document Approval – ActiveApprove provides a multi-document route and approval capability for workflow documents related to the form.  Users can approve all documents or approve/reject individual documents.  ActiveApprove is currently being used by a client as part of a multi-document route and approval application.
