Webtop Connector

The Active Wizard Documentum Webtop Connector extends current Documentum webtop.

 

Extend Webtop with the following functions:

Electronic Forms – a menu item can be added to Webtop to allow the user to populate a configurable ActiveForm in preparation for workflow routing or as just storage of a form in Documentum.

Workflow – as with the standalone version of ActiveForm and ActiveWorkFlow, the Form can be used to initiate a Documentum workflow. Enhancements to standard Documentum workflow include:

  • Multi-document approval
  • Form along with Document routing
  • Rule based and manual identification of approvers

Approval – Wizard for Webtop enhances the Webtop inbox functionality to launch the ActiveApprove interface. Within a multi-document route scenario, this enhancement allows users to selectively approve documents within a multi-document route scenario.
